Dukan Diet Catching On in the States
The Dukan Diet was created by French doctor Pierre Dukan. The Dukan Diet is based on how French women stay thin.
Phase one of the Dukan Diet is the attack: Four days of eating low fat, lean proteins, and nothing else.
Phase two depends on your true weight, calculated on Dukan Diet web site. Dr. Dukan says once you turn 20, realistically expect to gain two pounds per decade.
Once the true weight is determined, the Dukan diet plan is tailored to you.
The last two phases of the Dukan Diet add in other foods, and even cheat days.
